Please RSVP for this event on our facebook event page. We have a seating capacity, so those who register on facebook will have first priority. Here is the topic Andy Goodacre will be addressing.  This event will be live streamed as well.

Title: Keep It Real: Authenticity and Discipleship

Talk in a Sentence: Since we learn way more through what we see than what we hear, our usefulness as a disciple-maker is fundamentally connected to our integrity as a disciple of Jesus.

Talk in a Paragraph: “My people’s greatest need is my personal holiness” – Robert Murray McCheyne. If this is indeed true, then it is well worth us spending time together, encouraging and challenging one another to be authentic disciples ourselves, as we seek to make disciples of others.

Andy Goodacre – is married to Liz and they have two young daughters.  Originally from the UK, Andy now lives in the state of Tasmania, Australia.  An ordained Anglican minister, Andy heads up The Imagine Project in the city of Launceston – a fresh expression of church within the Anglican Diocese of Tasmania seeking to develop missional communities among university students, young adults and the local community in the northern suburbs of that city.
